First you need to check the availability for the auditorium in General Affair (2nd Floor, A Building), if it is available you could book it by put your event, name, contact and time for using the auditorium. Maximum 1 week before the day you have to submit the memo for borrowing the auditorium.

President University Student could join some PUSU events as a committee such as Grant of Hopes, Mr & Ms, SOPU, Presuniv Idol, Cultural Festival, Clubs Award & Decree, Interact, PYLC, Student Orientation, International Student Orientation.
At the beginning of the year PUSU will open a big open registration for all events in one week, the open registration will be online through PUSU Website. It is called ‘PUSU Benefits You’.
Except Student Orientation or International Student Orientation it opens the registration separately usually 2-3 month before the events.
