Communication Forum (I) 2019

“COMFOR I: Innovate, Motivate, and Activate the People”

President University, CIKARANG – One week ago, we have successfully conducted the first Communication Forum 2019. Communication Forum (COMFOR) is the platform provided by PUSU to all of the CnCs (Clubs and Communities) in President University to perform their programs in the one year of working period. This could be also the media that become one of the requirements for the CnCs to be legally participated in CAD 2019 (Clubs & Communities Awards Degree).

There will be three times of Communication Forum; this time, the first COMFOR, the CnCs got a chance to present their workplan as well as mentioning the events they have been conducted in previous working period. As the theme of COMFOR 2019: “Innovate, Motivate, and Activate the people” that hopefully could enhance the awareness of all the BoDs to keep making an innovate workplan to motivate the members so that the CnC could be an active one in President University and external scope.

The participants are the Board of Directors from each CnC. They were having lots of agenda that mostly talk about how they should act for this one year working period meaning the laws that become the base for them to conduct their workplan and events. In that session presented by the President of PUSU 2019, Mr. Yosua Samataro Mendrofa. There were also a presentation from the Vice Project Manager of BCA 2019 as well as the presentation from the Project Manager of  CAD 2019 which basically explain about the requirements to be the participants of CAD, what are the winning categories, etc. Next, they are given a chance to present all of the workplan one by one where the other BoDs of CnC as the audience as well as the PUSU members. The main topic they present is more to be the workplan to wider CnCs’ event in external area while bringing the name of President University with it. During the presentation, some of PUSU members also give some suggestions to the CnCs in order to make their workplan and events become more interesting.

Talking about persons behind this amazing event means we are talking about the person who are coordinating all of the committees which is Syarifah Lail Baity. As the project manager, Betty – they called – feels so grateful that this year’s COMFOR has well-cooperated BoDs of CnC where 90% of them are participated in the event. She also gives her thankfulness to all of the committees that helps her so that the event could run well.

Hope the rest COMFORs would be greater than this first COMFOR where more CnCs could participate more and more to become the platform for PresUniv students to express their interests and talents.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”27621″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”27622″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”27623″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”27624″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”27625″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”27626″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”27627″ img_size=”full”][vc_single_image image=”27628″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
